All Webhook registering to be dynamic instead of hard-coded to a specific coin

Use case: Currently the Webhook registration process requires you to specify what specific coin you want to register for. This works fine for one-off applications, but fails horribly for applications that would allow any creator to sign-in to get alerts for their creator coin.
