Would like to be able to import a CSV of names into my newsletter of holders at a certain level. Rather than cutting & pasting one by one, it would be great to be able to bulk download the list of email addresses.

There are several use cases where it's desirable to implement a subscription (weekly/monthly) for a user to be able to enter into a repeated time-period transaction in a specific $amount to unlock some specific benefit of a creator coin so it doesn't require so many manual approvals. Would include a note about the subscription.

There use cases where coins need to go to a central place and be sent with no flow control to a user who is not a creator. Example uses: Escrow account for an auction.

top_holders_and_transactions returns the top 100 holders. But some creators have asked for a full list. Is there any way we could get pagination that would allow us to fetch everyone for those creators who want them all.
